Refund and Cancellation Policy
We want you to love your CHYTRA apparel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order falls under our standard return policy. We do not charge any cancellation fees for orders cancelled within this window.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the garment must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition that you received it.

Sarees & Apparel: Must be returned with their original folds intact. All tags must be fully attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or carry scents of perfume/detergent will strictly not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us immediately with unboxing photos if your saree arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
